Our data promise: minimal data, never sold

We collect only the information the game needs to run your account and remember the campaigns and progress you play — and nothing more. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Your email, saves, and play history exist solely so you can sign in and continue your campaigns across sessions and devices. Free access is funded by advertising, and the ad partners described below operate measurement under their own policies, but we never sell the personal information you entrust to us.

Account and service data

The service stores account identifiers, password hashes, login and play-session timestamps, forum content, and cloud-save data required to provide the selected features. Each item exists only to operate your account and remember your campaigns, and none of it is sold to third parties.

Players can sign out, change their password, or permanently delete their account and all associated cloud data at any time from the account page.

Advertising and analytics

Sovereigns of Earth is free for everyone and funded entirely by advertising. Advertising is an inherent part of free access, so advertising scripts load for every visitor as a condition of using the free service. Advertising partners may use identifiers, storage, and measurement under their own policies.

Authenticated play-session heartbeats calculate approximate play duration, active-player counts, and service usage.

Inactive cloud-save retention

We understand and commit to this clearly: any cloud save that has not been played or synced for more than 30 days is permanently deleted, together with its stored data, by an automated daily process. Keep a campaign active or export it locally to preserve it.
